It’s pretty much like standing in front of a train heading straight for you. What’s probably gonna happen is that it’ll run you down and break you into a million pieces, and maybe out of sheer physics the train will slow down a tiny fraction. And maybe a thousand people standing together might be able to slow down the train a bit more. But that’s not really the point of it. Because the true hope is something even just one person can achieve. Maybe if you stand just right, you can get the conductor to notice you, even if it’s really too late. And then the train will stop.
