I think masturbating, maybe with porn involved, is part of taking care of oneself. It’s just a thing you do for yourself that doesn’t have to be anything more than the act and the feeling and the release. It’s not a replacement for anything. It’s a thing by itself.

So when you’re in a relationship, it doesn’t necessarily have to stop. You can still have your beautiful, intimate moments with the person you’re with, and take some time to enjoy yourself without having to worry about anyone else. It doesn’t mean you love the person you’re with any less, or you consider them less desirable or beautiful than the faces on the screen. It just means you consider yourself worth the effort as well.
